Our probate department concentrates on estate and trust administration and probate litigation. At Douglas, Haun & Heidemann, P.C. we represent trustees, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, guardians and conservators in the administration of trusts and the estates of deceased persons, incapacitated individuals and minors. In Probate Litigation, our attorneys assist clients in will contests, claims against estates, actions to enforce elective share, and trust and estate contested tax matters.
