Craig R. Heidemann Named Top 100 Trial Lawyer
Craig R. Heidemann, with the law firm of Douglas, Haun & Heidemann, P.C. (DHH), has been selected as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Missouri by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
The National Trial Lawyers is an organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state. Membership is by special invitation. Only the top active civil plaintiff trial lawyers or criminal defense attorneys or attorneys involved in the management of substantial personal injury or criminal defense law firms are evaluated for invitation. Members are carefully screened prior to receiving an invitation for membership.
Reputation among peers, the judiciary and the public, as well as previous years’ achievements and verdicts as a trial lawyer, are included in the criteria for selection. Independent evaluations are performed as a part of the selection process.
In 2008 and 2009, Heidemann was selected as a Rising Star by the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine. A partner with DHH since 2001, his practice is limited to serious personal injury claims, wrongful death, class actions, civil rights, pharmaceutical products liability and felony and misdemeanor criminal defense. Throughout his practice, he has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for his clients.
Heidemann is a member of several professional organizations including the American Judicature Society, the American Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and the Missouri Bar. He attended the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and received a juris doctorate degree in 1994.
