Verna L. Haun has been a shareholder and officer of Douglas, Haun, & Heidemann, P.C. since 1984. Verna received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Baptist University in 1981, (summa cum laude) and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri in 1984. She was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1984, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
Verna is a member of the 30th Judicial Circuit Bar Association and the Missouri Bar. She is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Missouri Baptist Foundation and currently serves as an advisor to the Board. Verna and her husband, Dwight, have two sons.
