Elizabeth is a long time resident of Polk County who graduated valedictorian at Bolivar High School in 1977. She graduated summa cum laude from Southwest Baptist University in 1980, and from Missouri- Columbia School of Law in 1983. Elizabeth entered private practice in Bolivar from 1983-1990. She was appointed as Bolivar Municipal Judge in 1990 and served in that capacity until 2005. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, and former Board Member and District Director for the Missouri Municipal and Associate Judges Association. Elizabeth was a moderator and presenter at regional and state judicial education programs (MMACJA). She is involved in the local community as a member of the Polk County Republican Woman’s Club as well as several other civic organizations, and is past-president of the Bolivar Rotary Club.
