A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Byron received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis. He subsequently attended law school at University of Tulsa College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. Byron was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2008. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, and is a member of the 30th Judicial Circuit Bar Association. Byron and his wife, Jeralen, reside in Bolivar.
